Depends on how you define "normal." Redheads and left-handers aren't the "norm" either, but there's no need to discriminate against them, just as there is no need to discriminate against homosexuals.
Let's play which one doesn't belong!

1. Do just about all people have hair for at least some of thier life?
Yes they do.
2. Does just about everyone have two hands?
Yes they do.
3. Are all men sexually attracted to other men and all women sexually attracted to other women?
No they're not.

It's number 3!

And your point is? Your examples are not valid. The first two say "just about all / everyone" and the third example says "all". That was the only way you could make your flawed logic work. I would say nice try but it wasn't.

Nonsense.

All people have an inherent sexual orientation and it should not be the basis for discrimination.

We all have (or have had) hair, hands (unless born without them) and a sexual orientation.

Homosexuality is the flaw. If not for that you would be just like everyone else.

What a tiny little mind--you think there are only god and satan? There are no deities or devils; those are just fantasies by which some people excuse their heinous lives. Sins are based on religious beliefs; no beliefs, no sins.

Having a job is not freedom? How much is your welfare check every month?

Besides, selling tricycles for a living is not exactly what I would call freedom.

The IRS doesn't determine who is a hate group, idiot.

They are not a hate group in any way. I and other members of my church have donated money there and the money goes to help people in need.
They are have been audited by IRS due to pressure from pro-gay bunch and they are clean and help people who need help.
Anuone who dare utter a word which is anti-liberal or does not agree with gay agenda is now classified as hate group by these leftists who control the media and run the Obama party.
We are getting to the point that anyone who dare not start off a site by praising gays and anti-Christian agenda is classified as a hate group.

I don't agree, but even if that were true, homosexuality doesn't stop anyone from leading a life that is that same as anyone else's, except for the fact that they can't get married. It's still no basis for discrimination.

Being a jehovah's witness isn't "normal" either. Why aren't you pissing in THEIR cornflakes? You know who else aren't "normal"? Geniuses, olympic athletes, blonds, redheads, left-handers, and a whole lotta other groups. Normal has nothing to do with rights or citizenship.

Really? Only 5% of all gay males have HIV and no lesbians do (from sexual transmission, at least.) It is growing in the hetero population here, and is far more common in straights than gays worldwide.

Homosexuality was removed from the DSM ultimately because it does not meet the criteria for mental illness. Of course, I'm sure you know what those criteria are and how, in your view, being gay fits them?
Wondering wrote:

Of course they do. APA Division 44 is run by homosexuals.
"The young turks were all psychiatrists, all members of the APA and all liberal-minded easterners who had decided to reform the American Psychiatric Association from the inside. Specifically they had decided to replace all the grey-haired conservatives who ran the organization with a new breed of psychiatrist; more sensitive to the social issues of the day with liberal opinions on Kent State, Vietnam, feminism. They figured that once they got this new breed into office they could fundamentally transform American psychiatry. And one of the things this group was keen to transform was American psychiatry’s approach to homosexuality."
