A person cannot be a birth defect. A birth defect, btw, is a physical or neurological problem that manifests at or close to birth.
The only defect I displayed at that time was an allergy to milk; my parents didn't really find it upsetting at all.

One would think so, but evidently giving out holy hummers is okay for the devout.

Isn't that statutory rape and child abuse, in America????

Yes you are. If you are against gay marriage, you are against equal rights.
free zimmy wrote:
Gay marriage is a bad idea, 75% of black babies are born to unwed mothers, why do gays have to be married?
Brad and Angie have no desire to be married. Neither do many others, the gay marriage thing is just a cover from gays to force others to accept their gay lifestyle. Marriage means nothing to most liberals.
LOL! How many times has your idol Rush Limpaguh been married? What about Dennis Prager? LOL! Should have warned me you were going to come up with a line that funny!

How do you know that? I want proof. You know, even if that were true, it would be a choice. With gays, if you want sex you have no choice.
LOL. You are so stupid! You'd think will all the time you spend thinking about men having sex with each other, you would have figured out they can have more than just anal sex. But more importantly, what's it to you?

3. There are two classes, male and female. The laws apply equally to both.
Liar.
A man can marry a woman, but a woman can't. A woman can marry a man, but a man can't.(In most states.)

As to what works for you, I couldn't care less. I'm not concerned with your personal problems.
You're the idiot making the claim that being gay is a defect or disorder. You NEVER backed that up.
Until you can back it up, it's only your uneducated opinion.

You fail at common sense.

Sorry, I admit I was wrong.
However, I am not ignorant.
For ignorance would detail I do not admit that I am wrong.

On the other hand, you are quite the ignorant one, especially since you can't prove your claim that homosexuality is a defect.
It remains to be a simple opinion, and I don't mean simple as in easy.

I'll put it bluntly, you couldn't argue your way out of a paper bag, so i am going to need something form somebody I respect (say like the high court in NY, or a lawschool site) that backs you up.
You can take this as a challenge...
back to you but I doubt I will respond unless you have some source apart from yourself since I don't think much of you to take your word on anything.
How about the 14th Amendment, moron?

The courts do exists to interpret the constitution, and you seem utterly incompetent to offer a reason why same sex couples should not receive equal protection of the law.

Do I have to show you yet another definition? Looks like it.
Ignorant: Lacking knowledge, information, or awareness about something in particular.

You didn't know it was "nip in the bud" therefore you were ignorant of that fact. Your admitting you were wrong doesn't change a thing.

It's hilarious to me that you would call anyone a moron. Especially since you then accuse them of "ad hominem attacks."

Why do courts "exists" to interpret the constitution? You've already claimed it was cut and dried, black and white.

I see you still haven't grown either a brain or a rational argument. Do you enjoy making yourself out to look like a moron? Because each time you make such an off topic post, that is exactly what you do.

Can you indicate any reason why same sex couples should be barred from having equality under the law, that would render such a restriction constitution (and prevent you from looking like an utterly incompetent boob)?

I await your idiotic and off topic response, reaffirming that you aren't that bright.

Nothing is going to change his mind, because he doesn't have one to change. Do you think he's a real "lawyer?" Have you EVER seen a lawyer with so much time on his hands that he CHOOSES to spend his time wailing about gay marriage. He lives in Vermont! Gay marriage has been legal there for several YEARS, and he can't stand it!
Just like you cant stand that I have a great life, and a great job..
guess what, my money is all made, I just help people now...(yup, even gay people,*gasp*)

not too much work, just enough!

And gay marriage is not a right where you live and you just hate that too, right?

But I have the guts to respond DIRECTLY to you....

so its not that it was dumb to say, but that you were too lazy to avoid spewing it...

I see an analogy here...
