And how many of those fifty or so attendees were actual "ex-gays" and how many were their supporters or those who have a stake in promoting the whole "ex-gay" thing?

I'm sure, too, that if the "ex-gay" people were honest they'd admit that they weren't actually gay in the first place, but bisexual. Bisexuals can make a choice about sleeping with either gender. Truly heterosexual or truly homosexual people just aren't attracted to the gender that is "wrong" for them.

Ex gay awareness is an oxymoron. They aren't even self aware.

Who shot that annoying song video? Michael J. Fox? What was all the moving and shaking? Was that supposed to be more Godly or inspiring? It made me seasick.

And girlfriend may have stopped sleeping with men, but he still looks as gay as a goose.

Yeah? How about the 10 who showed up at the huge rally in DC, or the 50 at this dinner? Yeah, that's a lot of ex-gays.

I actually used to know a guy who DID go through the whole conversion, found God, blah blah blah. He told me he missed men every single day of his life and never could make love to his wife with OUT fantasizing men. Yeah, that sounds real fulfilling to me.

I lost touch with them for she became a holy roller and once invited me to a "Tupperware Party for Christ". HONEST. I knew then they were too over the hill for me.

So, how many were Christian leaders? And how many are making their living on speaking tours and seminars on becoming ex-gay?

I thought that THOUSANDS of people left the homosexual life-style EVERY DAY! I guess they held their shindig on a slow day.

It reminded me a LOT of this song... but the lyrics were not nearly as clever.

"Ex-gay pride"? There is no such thing.

Self-loathing is not something to be proud of, it is a sign of depression and mental disease. Since they're all in one place, that group should be rounded up, taken to a mental hospital and given therapy. They direly need it.
