Killer of gay Staten Island man is denied parole
The killer of a gay Charleston man 23 years ago will remain behind bars after a state parole board determined his "brutal, merciless and hate-filled actions" make him a continuing danger to society.

He was preventing HIV from spreading any further. It was like shooting a zombie to keep it from biting and spreading zombie disease. Well kept this guy from impaling other men with his vein spear.
