Floyd Lee Corkins II has been charged in federal court with the shooting of a security guard at the headquarters of the Family Research Council.

These similar scenario's will play out over and over for months to come and yet a left wing loon will swear that homosexuality and homosexual acts are not a mental disorder when clearly they are regardless of how carelessly politically correct we try to be.

This article is not defending this nut job. The point, Simple sPam, is that the anti-gay groups are quick to play the victim card while ignoring the fact that anti-gay hate crimes occur more than 14 times more often than anti-chrisitian ones.

You are a known liar. Prop 8 passed in 2008 and the bishop was shot in 2010 by a former church member. That former church member was suffering from a mental disorder brought on by his service in Desert Storm. The shooter was killed by police which left his own son fatherless.

Did anyone catch the news conference Father perkins had with the media ? You talk about this guy being concerned well the only thing he was doing were talking points and saying that the FRC was on the southern poverty law center list of hate groups that led this man to this hate crime where does perkins get his info ? Even the FBI hasn't labeled this as a hate crime. There are hundreds of posts on GLBT threads that defend criminal action against GLBTs and blame GLBTs for being beaten and/or killed.
This guy was a victim of a shooting. Nobody is defending the shooter's actions. However, there were no derogatory remarks made about Christians or Christianity. The guy said that he didn't like their politics.
The only thing that the author has done is show that anti-gay hate crimes are far more prolific than anti-Christian hate crimes. If you are one of those people that complain that hate crimes against Christians are on the rise, you should be appalled by the fact that GLBTs are 15 times more likely to be a victim of a hate crime than Christians. After all, 15 times as many hate crimes are aimed at 10 percent of the population (GLBTs) than at 80 percent of the population (Christians).
