The 800 Building 800 S. 4th St. In Louisville, ky. 40203 is said to be Bank Owned as of August 2013 says insiders at the Heyburn Building. Current management and staff may be losing their positions, contrary to what they were told earlier in the month. The new staff is being interviewed. Years of corrupt management and ownership has scarred the once elite highrise. Mostly occupied by security guards and Commercial Management employees, the 800 is ready for bright new changes.
