I am a member of the Twinning Association here in Plymouth and we are linked with the City of Novorossiysk, we would like to help with your flood situation, but we do not seem to be able to contact anyone, we have written lots of times but never get an answer. And this is why I have decided to write to you this way.
We too here in England had floods, including Plymouth, so we know what it is like.
We should also like to be in contact with a local University or schools in the Novorossiysk area.
my e mail is [email protected]
