The city knows this. Happens at this intersection. Do. They need lawsuits. Like they. Got when it flooded. Near. The zoo.

Near the zoo? The prior deadly flood was on Washington Boulevard, at Allegheny River Boulevard, near the old city asphalt plant. English isn't your first language, is it?
