I see that David Cameron is pledging up to £5.000 grants to people,
Well lets see!
What a futile gesture. What's £5.000? If you qualify that is.
For example its like losing £100 and someone offering you £5.00
He's not giving you nothing, its an insult to the people who have suffered these floods.
Don't forget the grants are up to£5.000. This is a piss take amount!
Also i was reading that in surrey the government has sent a whole 250 military personnel in and distributed 30.000 sand bags,And what do they think this is going to do?
Look at it from this way, It's like filling 30.000 crisp bags full of sand and think you could redirect a small river. Its pathetic!
These are typical futile nothings. Just what you expect from a government that do'es not have a clue.
But it looks good on the news or to Joe public.
It's bullshit PR .
it's shutting the gate after the horse has bolted.
It's an incompetent government.
What's happened to COBRA ? I think the mongoose has got it !
Another pathetic name which at the end of the day means, BULLSHIT!
The reason the MP's are hoping around pretending their concerned
So they keep the VOTES of these area's.
Really they don't give a TOSS!

What the environment agency should have done is spent money on drainage dykes as they have on the fens in Cambridgeshire.

Plus build pumping stations to pump the water to large reservoir's purposely built for this situation.
It may not stop the flooding but it would help, more than what they have
pathetically done so far.
at least this would help when we have drought conditions
They have been using pumps but pumping to were?
Pumping it back into the water which is not going nowhere but coming round again, How stupid is that!
Instead of paying Lord Smith £60.000 a year for 2-3 days a week,For what?
But we have people paddling through river and sewage water in their properties.

Somerset county council has suspended council tax or some of it for people who have been flooded.

Why don't you SHUT THE FUCK UP you you bunch of tossers!
They should not pay any after the crap they have had to put up with through the governments incompetence .
How many times is this going to happen AGAIN!

I see on the news that prince's Harry and William have been out helping in Datchet with the floods.
More than you can say for the couple of TOSSERS Cameron and Clegg.
What have they done apart from visiting areas making out their helping

Prime Minister David Cameron visited storm-hit Blackpool, where he said: "It's a massive national effort - we've got to fight on every front.

Well what's he doing to help?

WE'VE got to fight on every front! WHAT has he REALLY DONE?
