No the sea level really really is nothing but more beach front property.
unfortunately your analysis of rising sea levels is incorrect.
Rising sea levels to not result in increased beachfront property.
IT will actually result iin LESS beach front. Not to mention the new beach front will be covered in debris from the covered up beachfront properties and housing.
I'm curious....
What field is your PHD in? I'm guessing Mixology.

Well there you have it you also made an ASSumption of your---self. You asked a question and answered the question. No it is correct the rising sea level really really doesn’t matter. Just like the past it comes up and goes down. I'm curious; do you do your predictions by way of Chrystal ball?

(your grammer sucks)

No. Science is what I use. The sea levels have changed dramatically over the millenia. It does however make sense that if some form of coservation,(something conservatives should be able to get behind) is applied to the fact that the sea levels and temps will change over the years may help us to mitigate these changes in a way that may make able to survive the changing climate. Because in the earth's history, every time the sea levels or temp changed dramatically, life on the planet was affected, badly, and had to evolve (another term I know you hate) to survive. We are the first animals on the planet with the capability to evolve before the changes kill us all, and even evolve in a way to affect the coming changes and perhaps even stabilize the climate to change or avoid it's cyclic nature.

I still say your PHD is in Mixology.

I thought about it and you are right.
Melting ice, rising seas, it doesn't matter. It just means more beachfront property.
Brilliant analagy. For a bartender, you're a genious.

Why Thank you. Moreover, for a scientific science fiction predictor of useless babble your more than a genius.

I guess you're kidding.

Btw, beachfront property is gone under the rising seas along with the beaches. Everybody knows that.

More from the wallop10 always getting walloped again and again. You don't see anything but scientific science fiction cut and paste useless babble. The grade level you finished would be in a negative number when ever the real scientist discovers that negative number.
