I saw an article about the proposed water rate hike and if I recall correctly,
I thought the new water rates were going toward the water pipe replacement. How much do the citizens of Ruidoso need to suffer? How much more can they bear?
I couldn't believe that Ms. Lee thought it prudent to reduce the allowed water usage from 4000 to 2000 gallons a month to qualify for the minimum rate. Now-what family can get by with that little water? The very cruelness of that is beyond the pale.
