Obviously this gal wants the process to continue so it will appears she has a job with some relevancy. This would be hilarious if it wasn't so much bull - the people affected by the fires saying "thanks, we're okay now!" and her claiming "No you're not."! Remember, she's from the government, so she knows more than you do!
