How in the world can anyone in their right mind think outsiders would do a better job the those already employed in helmet. When my husband was a fireman in the city of riverside we had to get permission to move one city block out of the city they believed. He would loose his interest yet he went on serving with his bothers for 27 more years. The people we have employed have a lot invested their jobs are not just for the paysince I come from a police family dating back to the early 1900s I thinking kmow a thingor two about duty @ loyalty. Anything I can say or do it wold be my privilege
