anyonewho is foolish enough to put in writing a resignation should not be shocked/surpried when that letter is accepted.

This is a universal problem! In my town the police department has three or four pension plans according to my relative.(Who is a cop). He says that people are Not going to be paying into the pension fund it will be SOLEY on the taxpayers backs at some point..........

how is that fair?
the TAXPAYERS foot the bill yet the policeman/ fireman reap the benefit.
now granted, policeman and fireman do risk thier lives daily, yet we all need to save for OUR OWN future.
maybe this is a pro democrat, pro union issue with the slanted media again.
