The four-year-old girl whose limp, lifeless body Utica firefighters pulled from her burning east Utica apartment a week and a half ago has been released from the hospital.

The occupants of this apartment consisted of 10 family members - as it their custom.

The immigrants are use to cooking over an open fire (like you do at a camp site) and have no idea of how to use a stove.

They have never had running water in a "home" - always had to drag it from a creek, lake, etc.

Toilet - what is that? When nature calls, you do it outside!!!!

None of them even attempt to learn our language.

It is like taking Aliens from Outer Space and dropping them in Utica and giving them all the Welfare Benefits available and then shoving them into an apartment expecting them to be able to take care of themselves - at OUR expense!!!!!!!
