Arson yes, but I think attempted murder it quite a stretch and will be awfully hard to prove.

My mother, aunt, and uncle were in the house. He knew my cousin for over four years and knew all the cars and who they belonged to. my aunt and uncle's trucks were in driveway and he had waited for over an hour (caught him on godparent's camera) until my cousin came back home to start the fire. Fire was started on garage where he,knew my mother's dialysis fluid (which is keeping her alive) was. So don't tell me he can't be pinned with attempted murder. Hes known them for years
