our community needs to pull together to help everyone who is facing lost after tonight's fire. The store owner has lost everything and his customers are also at loss. There were three apartments with long time renters who have lost their homes and all they own. The owners of the building are also at lose. Our town is already struggling and now has lost a valuable building on it's main street. The building will most likely never be repaired or rebuilt and out town will suffer because of it. The joining businesses, Fred's barber shop, Becker's Jewel Box and Van's may never open again. That is 4 businesses lost and three families without homes. Thanks too the fire departments who came in to help the Town of Tazewell Department who was clearly overwhelmed. May God have Mersey on our town and show the owners of the property what they need to do not only for themselves but for the town as a whole and the others facing personal loss.

You know whats really pitiful?? The fact that you would bitch about someone's grammar on a post that's about 3 families losing everything they have in a fire. A post that's about a community pulling together to help people they probably don't even know. If you don't have anything to offer move the hell on dipshit. There's plenty of posts w/shity grammar to choose from & whine about, leave this one out of it. There's got to be an a-hole in every crowd don't there? That last post is pitiful eh?? Yeah its pitiful alright but not b/c of the spelling. Its pitiful b/c a beautiful section of our county has now burnt to the ground, not b/c of the damn spelling.

well said minnie. i am still trying to figure why the person expressed no concern for the victims who have suffered. the victims have lost everything they owned, photo's, precious keepsakes, family heirlooms etc.... the victims which include the renters and the business owners are faced with starting over again this will cause them a great amount of emotional and financial stress and they will suffer for quite some time. politics has no business in this, its more about helping those in need and in times of crisis such as this grammer is the least of anyones concerns.

The businesses, at least, should be insured. Hopefully the renters are as well.

I would say the business and property owner is insured but how many folks working for minimum wage and renting do you think has insurance. And even if they did there are things that money can not replace, and where can they find a good warm apartment at an affordable price in the middle of winter. This is about real people and a community with a gapping hole in it, not a spelling bee. You are a disgrace to the Tea Party.

I guess David Hess actually does have a heart. I hope this is an indicator that he's changed his ways and actually cares about other people now. Step in the right direction big Dave

Shut up, you have no room to sit here and talk about anything with all the horrlbe things that you have done! Remember all the animals you killed? All the lost puppies and kittens that you took in to look good just to kill? Shame on you for even coming back to topix and trying to make yourself look good blending in with the public.

. It is obvious you have no ideal about this man. If it wasn't for him my children for the last two years would not have had a Christmas. Why don't you try doing something positive with your life.

Actually I know him quite well. He's the man that had started countless threads bashing people and businesses, especially Guru's. Now he's suddenly a good guy? Something is fishy about that.

I guess you all forgot about the lady he called retarded and other names on Facebook when he was questioned about his 30 day warranty policy. That was actually just a few months back. Last year he bashed a handicapped person on Facebook over a recliner, if my memory serves me correctly.

I can't be the only one that remembers this, can I?

Sounds like you were sitting on his lap to say he started countless threads. To state that, you would have to seen it, I am sure you did rite to try to slander a mane who is doing such a wonderful deed for the community?

Did you personally see him call someone names, oh I forgot you were sitting on his lap again.

Fishy is you trying to sit here and bash someone for doing something great for the community. What have you done?

That's what I'm saying. The David I jobs would never be generous without any personal gain. Maybe he wants free advertising and thinks people will forget he's such a piece of sh!t. But I'm sure there is more to it than that.
