Abd according to some law.. Don't recall the name. Jimmy was entitled to his own expert opinion. He was denied that. He did not stand a chance! Prosecution is corrupt and made up so many lies. The jury did not see where they threatened his witness. The jury did not see the confrontation between a family member and the lead detective. The detective sat right down without another word after the family member said you just lied up there and you know it!! Lies, lies, and lies. At the preliminary, under oath, might I add, the detective said jimmy was holding on for dear life in the back of the truck and never participated in the assault!! So for all you who don't know the truth, go read that transcript yourself. See how stories change once the prosecutor tells you what to say. Very unfair. I know one thing.... God is bigger than all those people who lie and manipulate at the courthouse. God has a plan for jimmy.
. You are so right. People like to hide their heads in the sand. They need to realize they or their loved one could be the next one to be lied on by the sheriffs dept or the prosecution

Linkous knew more than he was saying. PERIOD! Tom was their way out! Were any of u their when this happend? NO u weren't. The ONLY man that even deserve's a fair trial is TOM! Losing the evidence just proves how bad things are in SC! They got who they wanted behind bars & they got their conviction on him. THATS WHY THE EVIDENCE WAS LOST! ENOUGH SAID!!!!!!!!!!

So you are saying they lost the murder weapons just to convict Jimmy?? And we know he took no part in the assault. If you sat through the preliminary hearing you would know the same, since the lead detective stated that under oath!
But stories change after prosecution guides the words of people testifying in the jury trial. Losing the evidence is just proof of the poor work done by scioto county's finest detectives! And I thought maybe they did lose it on purpose just to convict jimmy. He had the least to do with it and was supposed to be the murdered that day. Tom is a man of his word. He told the whole truth. I have the motion of discovery. Anyone want to read it?? Tom and Dave were in debt 8,000 to the man, we're supposed to sign over the truck to that man and kill jimmy linkous to pay off their debt. Tom said in his interview, jimmy was holding on in the bed of the truck for DEAR LIFE when the assault took place. Go to the trial for TOM, you will hear his statement there. So if Jimmy knew so much, why did Tom and Dave say he did NOTHING! Except start the fire.

I'm not sure who Tom is. I'm assuming one of the accused but They ALL deserve a fair trial but NO ONE gets a fair trial in Scioto County. It is never about the truth it's all about a conviction. No we were not there and I wasn't at the trial either but if it came out that the Sheriffs office Lost the weapons then why is WSAZ and the Portsmouth Times not reporting it? I heard Pat Apel blame the Sheriffs Dept multiple times for why he did not turn statements over to the Defense in my child's case. Harcha didn't care. Now Mr Apel don't do that again. Well souct for a fair trial after "warning" him several times. Just empty threats and Apel knew it. Poor excuse for a justice system. The Truth according to Scioto County.

H*LL YES I'd love to read it. Tom is a man of his word & if that Lopez guy was murdered that day, he had karma bite him in the *ss. Don't take more than u can handle to do your own damn job! I support Tom all the way, no matter what his involvement.

If you have never had to deal with the court system here in scioto county, thank God! You really don't know how corrupt it is until you face it yourself. Prosecutors that lie and speculate. Detectives that change their story multiple times. It's very sad and unfair for wrongly convicted people.
