Death in set fire ruled accidental
The death of a 47-year-old woman after an arson at her Hazle Township home Jan. 27 was ruled accidental, state police said Thursday.

Is this the same as someone being drunk and sticking a store up with a handgun¿ He did not meen to shoot the owner when he stumbled and the gun went off killing the owner¿
