I think maybe he had just committed a much more serious crime, like maybe he killed somebody or something, and he's setting himself up for the ultimate insanity defense. If so he'll probably wish she'd chosen something else, like getting all his clothes off in the store and getting arrested for that kind of crazy behavior!
