Ice rink evacuated after spate of arson attacks

Firefighters were first called to Phase Eight, on the corner of Parchment Street, in Winchester , at 7pm, after a commercial bin was set alight and pushed through the window of the store, causing serious damage inside.

I loved ice skating in our local Dolphins barn.Ours was in doors though.
I have never been to an outdoor one.Maybe one day.
Some people love to try ruin other peoples fun.
He is obviously a headcase.Thank god no one was hurt.
The mind boggles as why people do these things.
