Really another made up scandel.......Get real stop wasting tax payer dollars with this old witch hunt. The cith was alot better off it the old mayor and police chief. I guess old lonnie and chip want to stir up trouble for no reason. Chp should have paid attention to his own affairs he may still have his house he lost.

It's about time! The people spoke very clearly at election time. The old administration made their own rules with taxpayer money. I, as a taxpayer, do not have access to equipment nor to any of the inmates to wash my car. I saw first hand what kind of people they were at a town hall meeting. I think each and everyone who had a part of any underhanded deal should be brought to justice. And Chip alt to be recognized for bringing this situation to light. We all knew the Manchester Times wouldn't because of the connections between the paper and the city police department. js

I hope the TBI also checks out the facebook pages of some of these people. That will give them a clue about how many car shows that the past city administration funded and if I had to guess, the money raised probably went to those secret bank accounts.

Really Bad Boy? They stole anything that wasn't nailed down. I'm not a Chip fan, but he knew what he was talking about through all this mess. The old admin might as well have taken money straight out of everyone in Manchester's pockets. They were a joke & I hope the TBI can build a solid case.
