evidently not ....HINCE they arrested a man for sleeping in a bathroom at a resteraunt......ARRESTED for SLEEPING!!!! SOMETHING needs to be done for the homeless as there are more than we know i do believe!!

The old plants is where they should have put the new jail.
My mother worked in that dungen for 40 years.
If it was good enough for her it should have been good enough for a jail.
