They say the insurance rates will go up, but I didn't see them go down when they added shifts!

My insurance rates have stayed the same, so whether they have 24/7 coverage, or this lowered coverage, it's all the same.

So somebody's been using scare tactics to try to ram this tax hike down the voters throats!

Fox 8 reported that the first Norton fire truck to respond to a church fire on Wadsworth Rd only had one fireman on it. The video footage showed a Barberton fire truck at the Norton fire.

there was not just one fireman just one was taking to hospital and release for injuries. Norton shoulnt have built the freaking Taj Mahal of fire stations especially when the economy was already down. ALSO the other roof falling down was totally a inside job. Why you think it came down the same day!. REALLY NORTON?>

So the old fire station collapsed while in use due to a poor roof.

They wanted to turn the Community Center into a new fire station because that roof was bad.

They never fixed the Community Center's roof.

Are they waiting until that building collapses to plead for more money again to get a new Community Center?

When my roof is bad, I don't let my house collapse in order to get a new house.

Guess what I do?

How they can look themselves in the mirror and wait for another city building to collapse is beyond me.

They were lucky that nobody got hurt when the old fire station collapsed, but did anybody learn their lesson?

I was waiting for the powers in charge to resign when their fire station collapsed, but these people do not know shame.

Now they build a Taj Mahal, but can't afford to man it?

Resign already, you are all looking like idiots!

The old firestation did not fall down all by itself. It was helped down with the aid of a few chop chops in the beams and running those garage doors up and down. I think they are going to have to hush the people who know somehow!!!!!!!

Why should they resign. These are to administrators that the people voted into office. Just because you are the loudest does not mean that you represent the silent majority.

You are correct, one should not have had the chance to resign, as this person should've been fired.

To be charge of a building that collapses while in service is a dereliction of duty.
