The true cause was another elegal deconversion of gas heat to electric by one of the kings many protected slumlordian freinds. There are many many of these hovels that are catstrophees just like a ticking time bomb ready to take another HOLE block out.
They go undetected because federal grants have paid for the suposid upgrades? City officials have there paperwork in order, but the money by far does not equal the work performed or lak there of?
The only one that is privy to this infomation is the city and there will be no liability upon allentown with there legal team? It is very simply put theft of services paid for by the federal government?
