I think the producers really shot themselves in the foot when they wouldn't let PZ Myers in to view a preview. And then they lied about why they wouldn't let him in.

The people associated with this film just can't seem to stop lying. First they obtained the interviews under false pretenses. Then they quote mine the interviews for the film. Then they use all sorts of propaganda techniques to distort what is being said. And on-and-on. Disgusting.

The movie will be out soon enough. There will be PLENTY of time for feedback after that. The producers just don't want it sabotaged before it has a chance to be seen by the public, that's all.

I don't even see what the big fuss is about Myers and Dawkins wanting in the reviewing of the movie anyways. AFTER it comes out they will have all the time they want to pick it apart. It's almost as if they want it banned before it comes out. Why is that if they are so secure in their beliefs?

Well, Dawkins did get to see the preview. However, I do find it very hypocritical of the producers to keep Myers out given the supposed theme of the movie.

They talk about scientists "censoring" cdesign proponentists, then go out of their way to censor anyone with a dissenting view to that of the movie. Very much a pot-kettle type thing.

If the producers didn't want PZ et al from participating in the film, then THEY SHOULDN'T HAVE SOUGHT THEM OUT FOR AN INTERVIEW.

You don't get to put someone in your film, then refuse to let them see or comment on the film.

These fundamentalists (like all fundamentalists) rely entirely on lies. Just like they lied under oath in Dover, just like they lie on their websites, just like they lie in debates, just like they lied to get the interviews in the first place.

Their issue isn't that they are being censored, they are upset because people aren't letting them get away with lying.

The movie IS out. It's being shown to audiences.

Haven't you ever noticed that movie reviews in the paper are available for you to READ on FRIDAY MORNING of the same day the film opens.

Reviews are DONE so that audiences can find out what a movie is about before spending 10 bucks and 2 hours of their time.

Why hide the content from the audience? What are these fundamentalists trying to keep secret? What hidden agenda do they have?
