There it IS AGAIN!

The "stupid" taunt.

Don't you know ANY OTHER words to call people?

Could it be, because your evil parents called YOU stupid for most of your miserable life, that that is the FIRST one you choose?

Who knows?

In any case.... you FAILED to address my POINT.

I can only assume that you AGREE with it, then.

Perhaps this review of the film (by someone who appeared in it) might be of help:
http://www.sciam.com/article.cfm...
He basically says the whole film is dishonest, based on interviews granted under false pretenses, and factually incorrect in nearly every way.
That is one of several I've read.

It is one of several on which I based my opinion of the propaganda value of the movie.

The Salt Lake Tribune makes an interesting observation about "Expelled" and the fact they are not letting critics view the movie before its release...

Every semi-knowledgeable moviegoer and reader of movie criticism knows what the words "not screened for critics" means: The movie is a dog.

Bob,

Thanks for the conversation (from a few paragraphs ago).

As I do not have access to Hitlers deluded mind, I can not rule out the possibilities you mentioned.

All that I ask for 'future' reference, is that you do not be quick to judge, maintain your cool, and that you would consider other theories and data at play.(I think we can agree this goes for "everyone")

thanks and good luck.

(after looking around at not only this thread, but others, this entire site seems to be one ongoing episode of Jerry Springer)

Cheers to all,
and for Bob... God Bless ;)
(Feel free to reject this blessing... or accept it if you want, or write a nasty response, I will not be checking back)

Why?
They worship Jesus, just like you...and as a matter of actual facts (I know you can't stand 'em, but HEY, I have to be honest, even if you're not), the Catholic Church was the VERY FIRST Christian church.
Not that ANY have it right, but at least you've been corrected on history...again.
Wow! By YOUR view of history? lol You know, as far as I know the word catholic isn't even IN the bible. Why don't you look it up? I would think the very first Christian church was at Pentecost. I don't think there were any catholics there, were there? But, I know in your all knowing self you will correct me.

Somehow I just get the feeling that God is not nearly as judgmental as you, Wayne! In fact, I believe God even loves those who do not love Him.

"So?"

Conservapedia, the brain-child of Andy Schafly, son of Phyllis Schafly? And has in the past had many hilarious articles written (mostly regarding animals and their (lack of) evolution and their relation to creationism) which tend to change pretty quickly once teh interwebz at large mock them for their sheer ludicrousness?

I can't think of a single Protestant I know who would agree with you that the Catholic Church "isn't Christian"...!

In addition, why would you think the word "Catholic" would\should be in the Bible??? The name simply means "universal" or "comprehensive".

So...just when do YOU date the formation of the Catholic Church?

Too bad you "won't be checking back," because I'd sincerely like to know why some Christians enjoy taunting others with phrases like "God Bless," or "I will pray for you."

What good do you think it does, to the other and to YOU?

Cathoics accept and worship Jesus as their Lord and Savior. Why are they "not Christians"?

That's exactly your problem, you DON'T THINK.

If you're even capable of doing some independent research, I know you'll find the information you seek.

The Catholic Church was the very first - the Pentecostal sect is another offshoot of the Protestant branch.

I'm not sure where the name "catholic" first appears in the historical timeline (perhaps someone else can fill in the gaps - was it when Rome adopted the faith?), but it is the same church that began it all.

Well, it didn't start with Peter. And as much importance as the catholics put on themselves you would think it would be on every page of the bible. Actually, as far as denominations go, Church of God and Church of Christ are mentioned. Not meaning the modern day versions though. No Roman Catholic church is mentioned though. The Roman catholic church started as soon as they started allowing the pagans to keep some of their customs, in order to convert them to Christianity.Idols and so forth. Worshiping Mary. I know they say they don't do that but they are lying. If they aren't worshiping her then take her out of ALL catholic churches. Of course they won't.

You don't know church history at all, do you? Catholocism is an idolatrous belief. If you can't see that then you are blind.

Actually, I can see quite well, and have seen you for what you are: a liar.

And a bad one, at that.

I don't know where you got your interpretations of history, but whoever filled your head with all that BS is even dumber than you.
