Hey everyone! This is a fun and informative video that my peers and I at Emory University made discussing the link between evolution and cancer. Enjoy, and thanks for watching!

Cancer is an example of devolution, not evolution.

Made up nonsense to discuss something you don't understand.

Cancer is an example of a mutation in somatic cells.

They have had a cure for cancer for years. But it would not be a good idea to cure it for many companies would lose billions and Oncology doctors having to shut down their practice and many people would lose jobs as well. You can say BS if you want but it is,,,,, well just believe what you want. One damn fact for sure is MONEY controls the world.

And of the hundreds and thousands of doctors across the world not even one of them is aware of this to tell the whole world about this scandal. Just you and a few crank websites.

Oh, and the moonlanding was faked.

The moon landing was a fake? WOW thanks for the insight. But as far as cancer, bottom line the best cure you can find is dependent on how much money you can afford to spend. PROVE THAT WRONG!!!

That's because the US charges for medical insurance. Anyone who can't afford it can't get treatment. End of. Anyone who can does. There is no super-duper advanced cure been found. It's just that more poor people die from potentially treatable diseases because they can't afford it. This isn't even a "Big Pharma" thing, it's a medical insurance company thing. Insurance companies will exploit any legal loop-hole they can to avoid paying out thousands and thousands of bucks to poor people. And this isn't even a conspiracy, as it's wide open for the whole public to see.

It's no different to when tobacco companies used to downplay the effects of smoking to the public until they were eventually forced to legally. Now they write "OUR SHITE WILL F YOU UP!" all over it and it STILL doesn't stop people from smoking, because everyone already knew that before they were forced to put on health warning labels anyway.

Cancer is an example of mutation in the somatic cells of the body. Research indicates that it can evolve and some forms have developed resistance to treatments just as bacteria evolve resistance to antibiotics or pests evolve resistance to pesticides.

Why do you think cancer rates are very low in South America?

Are they low compared to the United States, global numbers, or based on developed economies or developing economies? Is this the incidence of occurrence or mortality or both? Is South America unique in this? What kind of cancer or are you talking about all cancer?

It is my understanding that morality rates for all cancer types is not markedly different between developed and developing countries, but if you look at different types of cancer it can vary widely by region, nationality and economics.

Wouldn't you say that most people that claim there is a hidden cure for cancer don't understand the nature of the diseases that are called cancer. It is viewed as one disease that attacks different parts of the body, but is the same thing where ever it expresses. This erroneous notion combined with fear and dislike of US medical system have, I think, been fodder for a lot of conspiracy theories.

It kinda reminds me of the story of the man that went to see his doc and he got the bad news he only had a year to live and at the end of a year he hadn't paid his bill so the doc gave him another year.

That was early on in his treatment. Johnson got AIDS at the "Right time". If he got it a few years earlier he probably would have died. He was the first famous person to catch the disease after it was treatable. AIDS has not been a death sentence for quite a few years now, in fact it has not been a death sentence since... that's right, since Magic caught it.
