Christian apologetics is just a bunch of made up shít. Why would anyone in their right mind want to debate a Christian apologist?

There are only two arguments left to the fundie, ID and SCI, and they have both shown themselves to be totally useless as an explanation of anything.

Maybe they think debatomg the most effective way of packing dinosaurs into the ark will lead to meaningful discussion.

For what purpose? If it's about the validity of evolution or ID/Creationism, Craig needs to take it to the scientific arena.

If it's about the debating the philosophical merits of theism as opposed to atheism, I'm afraid you've posted to the wrong forum.

Doesn't "christian" apologetics mean "sorry (the apology part of it), we don't have any logic, reason, research, empirical evidence or sound science, but we have these bronze age myths, fables and fairy tales (the "christian" part of it) we can make up some sciencey sounding B(ovine) S(olid waste excrement) for if you would like".

Dumb...you're all so ridiculous! You're all trying so hard to define something as a fallacy, like religion. If you're so against it, just don't pay attention to it. It sounds as though you have issues deeper than a debate of religion. It's played off as though the atheist who debates religion is just an arrogant, egotistical low-life. You might believe that you're being philosophically enlightening, but you come off as rude and arrogant. Let people believe what they want and you live your life as the depressed, heart-less, empty shell that you are. I would pity you all having children. They would grow up in a world deprived of any hope of the future or a hope to have classy parents. Rude, you're all rude.

I do, however, apologize for WLCraig, his arguments do seem a little too much, but faith is not based on scientific proof...then it wouldn't be faith...

Just live your faithless lives, let the Christians live theirs. You are the reason that there will be no peace in our lifetime, because you're all too busy debating the existence of faith, which in most instances is irrelevantly do.

Prove to me that all of you "debaters" against Christianity aren't pulling from a deeper hatred for life and you win. And what are you proving? That God's not real? Thus, you deprive millions the hope of a better life after death...for WHAT? To prove you're right? Arrogant...stupid...

Enjoy your hatred!

We would be VERY happy to do that if you would keep your religion TO YOURSELVES, in your churches and in your homes, but unfortunately you keep trying to FORCE the rest of us into accepting your bronze age delusions by trying to teach it in our schools.

Anyone who has ever been a part of these SCIENCE vs bronze age fairy tales is fully aware of which side are the rude ones. Assuming that we are all "heartless, empty shells" and that our children
"grow up in a world deprived of any hope of the future" is pretty RUDE of you.

"Faith is NOT based on scientific proof". Correct. Faith is believing in something DESPITE the fact that there is NO logic, reason, research, empirical evidence or sound science in support.
Angry User wrote:

You DO realize that the VAST majority of people who understand and accept the biological Theory of Evolution as the best scientific explanation we have for the diversity of life we see on planet Earth, past and present, are people of faith, don't you?

BILLIONS of Christians, Jews, Muslims, Hindus, Buddhists, Confucianists, Daoists, Shinto, Pagans, Wicca, etc. make you out a LIAR.

As I said before, if they would quite trying to FORCE the rest of us into their bronze age delusions, there would be NO problems.

If it is irrelevant, then why do you "fundamentalist christians" keep trying to legislate it into the school curriculum.
Angry User wrote:
Prove to me that all of you "debaters" against Christianity
The majority of us aren't "against" Christianity. We are against a childishly ridiculous "literal and inerrant" goat-herder interpretation of a bronze age book of fairy tales that the "funamentalist christian creationists" are trying to force the rest of us to accept. Heck, quite a few of us ARE Christians.

Hate to tell you this, but the phrase "life after death" is an oxymoron.

Wow. You sure have a good hate going on yourself, don't you?

You DO realize that YOUR side of the debate has been ARROGANTLY and STUPIDLY trying to prove it's side "right" (often brutally and tyrannically enforced with imprisonment, torture and death) for going on 2000+ years now, don't you?

When you have finished stamping your feet and present some actual reasoned argument, we can have a debate. However, in the mean time, please feel free to continue act like a spoilt child who isn't allowed to help himself to the lolly jar - it's quite amusing.

And just in case anyone needs reminding of what passes for "science" in LGK's "fundie christian" sheeple world:

The cosmos was magically conjured into existence with a magic "word".

The first man was conjured up out of a pile of dirt.

The first woman was conjured up from a rib taken out of the man.

Magic fruit that makes the eater really intelligent or immortal.

A talking snake.

An little bunny brings eggs to good boys and girls on Easter morning.

Angels and demons.

Giants and unicorns.

Satyrs and cockatrices.

Witches and wizards.

A jolly elf brings toys to good boys and girls on Christmas morning.

Angels having sex with mortal women.

People living 600+ years.

People and dinosaurs living together.

A fairy brings money to good boys and girls when they loose a tooth.

A big global flood that destroys everything except the passengers of a wooden boat.

The sun standing still in the sky to provide more light for more productive mass genocide.

A talking burning bush.

A talking donkey.

A man living inside of the stomach of a fish for three days.

Pi = 3.

Insects have 4 legs.

Letting livestock copulated in front of a stick painted with stripes produces offspring with striped coats.

Sprinkling the blood of a sacrificed dove on a lepers toes cures his leprosy.

Etc., etc., etc..

.
.
.

Not that LGK understand how ridiculously childish it is for an adult to actually believe this stuff.

All remarks left to my reply prove my point brilliantly. I even bet the same people will comment on this post about how unsophisticated it is, poorly worded, and unpalatable. Keep in mind, the only reason for the previous post was to acclimate you "debaters" to the fact that you're all just debating this for selfish purposes. Have you ever walked into a restaurant and have a waiter physically shove the bread down your fat gullets? No...you haven't. Likewise, have you ever been to a church, or on the street for that matter, and been forced to accept the teachings that the Christian church is evangelizing? No! You haven't...so, don't make that claim. If any of you have actually experienced someone physically making you accept Christianity...THEN, you have the right to be angry and debate this matter. Again, you're all angry and ignorant, no matter how highly you think of your intelligent disputations.

Now, respond with your hatred, children.

The MANY cases of you fundie creotards trying to LEGISLATE your "creationism" into the public schools would qualify as trying to FORCE your bronze age FAIRY TALES on the rest of us (through the indoctrination of our children).

Heck, you fundie creotards were doing this very thing (see Tennessee Butler Act) until you were forced to STOP after the Edwards v. Aguillard SCOTUS trial of 1987.

1987!!!

So it has been ONLY 33 years here in this country where you "fundie christians" were NOT forcing your beliefs onto the rest of us.

Further, your "world view" had a near TWO MILLENNIA monopoly on Western society and culture (albeit often brutally and tyrannically enforced with imprisonment, torture and death) where your "creationism" was the ONLY "science" allowed. Guess what? It was an ABYSMAL FAILURE at producing anything of any scientific or technological value in support DESPITE the fact that it FORCED it's scientists and citizens to "accept" "creation science".

This is HARDLY a recent issue and the ONY reason why you creotards are whinning about it is because you no longer have free rein to FORCE your bronze age FAIRY TALES on the rest of us.

And just in case anyone needs reminding of what passes for "intelligence" and "science" in "angry users" world:

The cosmos was magically conjured into existence with a magic "word".
