I choose the theory that all things in the universe are made up of Systems, Cycles and patterns, although some like in rocks are hard to detect. I choose to believe that the universe is an apparatus or organization or movement of these Systems designed by a creator for a specific purpose. It is my personal belief though we have no studies to present as yet, What the scientist have been calling evolution is nothing more than simple changing of patterns to adapt to changing enviroments.

But that "nothing more than simple changing of patterns to adapt to changing environments" has tonnes of evidence behind it. Nobody is saying that evolution is more than that, no one. You're free to believe whatever you want to believe, but unfortunately for you ID is nothing more but mythology in a labcoat.

Supa; When you see the evidence in the proper light you might see a better explaination of the universe than evolution, Now tell me whats wrong with that?

Simple:

Evolution has NOTHING TO DO WITH THE UNIVERSE.

See, evolution is part of the science better known as biology. The universe is part of a field called cosmology.

Perhaps, since you seem to know the "truth" inside out, you can start presenting the evidence behind it? And by the way, if all you're going to do is quote bible verses, then I may as well just quote Darwin as "evidence" for evolution.

Ok. Interesting idea. I have not read anything on the subject of cycles. I have no problem with the concept of god. It's the attempt to destroy science I am up in arms about.

Really? Then *who is* this proposed (intelligent) designer?

But ok....

Where did this intelligent designer come from - a being of such complexity *must* have been design by another designer - right?

How did they make matter appear from the assumed nothingness. If it already existed - where did it come from? Can they teach me how to replicate these abilities?

Whats that - you dont know that one -??- ok....

What lab experiments can be performed to support the notion of an intelligent designer?

Any math formulas that can be used to predict or prove who this designer is? How about proving an intelligent designers intentions for any specific design?

What purpose does disease serve? Intended? Or was this a mistake?- if 'mistake', is that an indication of imperfect intelligence? What was learned from these mistakes? How would they improve upon their design if they had to do it all over again?
If 'intended'- just what kind of sadistic asshole is/was this designer?

Can people take a field trip to this designer and ask them specific questions about their design philosophies and the technical aspect involved?

Evolution only explains biodiversity. That's it. Evolution does not explain the origin of life or the origin of the universe. IOW, your statement makes no sense.

Secondly, how do we determine what the "right light" is without being arbitrary?

We had better hope that not a single scientist at the Centers for Disease Control is a creationist. We need infectious disease specialists who understand gene mutation and virus evolution.

Daily Horoscope for December 8

Taurus

This is another day in which you should be monitoring the progress you've made so far with the festivities and deciding what has still to be done. You're operating very efficiently right now but you'll be even more effective if you can plan your time carefully, write lists of what you must buy or make, and be realistic about your capabilities. But don't expect to work miracles.
