Judge rules in JPL's favor in wrongful termination lawsuit

David Coppedge, the man who sued the NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory and claimed the agency discriminated against him for his explicit religious view, has lost his wrongful termination lawsuit, according to court documents released Wednesday.

Yes, with a smaller fist bump. Apparently the DI has let slip their next tactic on this subject. Approaching a few of their pet congress folks to try and get this sort of blatant discrimination banned in goverment-sponsored organizations. The simple fact that Coppedge never proved he was discriminated against or that JPL fired him because of his reliigous beliefs have little to do with their spin!
