Gradualism Vs Saltationism or both?

Evolution was believed to be gradual according to the neo-Darwinian synthesis in the 1940s but there is now evidence that larger jumps do occur.
Very interesting stuff. So evolution = Gradual + non-gradual.

Yes, evolutionism = X & non-X at the same time.
Like all good ideologies, it's immune to disproof. It comes from the Ministry of Truth & saying it's false is a thought crime. Look at this:
• Junk DNA = Evolutionism & No junk also = evolutionism
• The appendix is vestigial proving it evolved, the appendix is not vestigial proving it evolved
• The coelacanth was extinct millions of years ago proving evolution, the coelacanth is not extinct proving evolution
• We are at war, we are not at war. War is peace.
