You state that there are no missing links and then you proceed to describe the changes within the links in the above paragraph.
Further, your assessment of the changes is way off. Yes, there were early hominids with thick bones in the skull (particularly in the jaw and crown where the muscles for chewing attached).
As we developed tools and tamed fire, we moved away from chewing hard fibrous roots and raw meat to the more easy to consume processed plant material and cooked meat.
That increase in calories along with a decrease in the need for chewing muscles is what freed up our skulls to expand for larger brains.

In the history book on my desk, it talks about the American Civil War, but it doesn't talk about WWI. That's because not every book can cover every part of every subject every time.
<quoted text>
Turn off the history channel. It's not history it's entertainment.
<quoted text>
History books only talk about real things, not "ancient alien" bullshit.
<quoted text>
Well, seeing as the maximum range of carbon dating is ~ 65,000 years, that would surprise me quite a bit.
This is like me saying, I measured a road with a 12 inch ruler and discovered it was a hundred million miles long.
<quoted text>
You are watching human actors who are wearing make up ON TOP OF their actual skulls.
We have yet to develop a way to put make up on an actor and end up with a SMALLER skull than we started with
i dont care to comment on the rest of your response because most of it sounds like an angry child explaining the same stuff that hasent really made any difference anyway, but im not talking ABOUT MOVIES SMART GUY! TRY HISTORY BOOKS! The way they are shown is rediculous because there is no way they would have survived with that little body with the huge head. Sorry, its wrong dude...

Idk if you know of what is going on right now, but a VERY QUALIFIED scientist named melba ketchum has sequenced several genomes and we have a complete published paper on the truth about sasquatch. There is severe ridicule in the scientific community about her, because she has challenged the mainstream theory of both normal evolution, and religion. Theres no denying what she has proven because it was confirmed by several highly qualified labs such as major universities. Obviously, we wont hear of this in the media for a LONG TIME because other scientists are analizing the journal and the media is treating it stupidly right now. We have confirmed that science didnt want to publish at first because it would ruin their ego and career (admitted by one of the journals lawyers) not because the data was false. If u look it up this issue you will see so much false controversy and even a couple of british disimformationists who attack her for charging 30$ for civilians (this not scientists) to buy the paper.(Btw, im not familiar with any of these links that you think i got this from)
The problem with your claims is that they don't stand up in the face of reality.

A couple of idiots bought a Bigfoot costume online and shoved it in a freezer then called the press. EVERYONE reported it. Even though they _knew_ these guys were full of crap.

If someone had a REAL story or even a FAKE story to sell, everyone would carry it.

The problem is that time and time and time again the "Evidence" turns out to be fake. And not "honest mistake" fake either.

Bigfoot hair collected on a barbwire fence turns out to be treated yak fur from some animal which has been stuffed. That didn't get there by accident.

I was a big fan of bigfoot when I was a kid, the problem is that in the last 10 years the prevelence of video cameras has gotten to the point where literally everyone has a recording device in their pocket. Trail cameras are cheap and plentiful. Security cameras are on every business and lots of houses. Cars, remote control helicopters, google Earth, etc etc etc

The fact that no one has a credible picture is VERY telling. No carcass, no pictures, no real evidence.

I love the fact that you completely skipped over the errors I pointed out in your post and jumped right to: "I don't like the illustrations in the books".

Jackass, scientists are rarely illustrators. And illustrations are typically done in a way to demonstrate features rather than give an accurate image of what something may have looked like.

That's why they are textbooks and not books of photography.

Your entire argument comes down to:
"I saw some sh1t on the History channel, and I don't know much about science therefore science is wrong."

It's LAUGHABLE.

Now, if you want to be treated like an adult, you will go back and address your claim that something was carbon dated to billions of years ago.

haha good one. If im not mistaken, whenever someone said the earth was round back then, they were considered "idiots" when gallaleo claimed what he claimed about space, they locked him up. How is this argument any different than the argument that gravity will be proven wrong someday?

There is far more evidence and a far better understanding of evolution than of gravity.

The problem with the samples is that NONE OF THEM are what you claim they are. I've seen bigfoot hair samples that turned out to be plant material, taxidermy hair, etc.

As for finding animal carcasses - ALL THE TIME. My wife hikes, she finds kills REGULARLY (including human). Given the size of the animal you are proposing, the amount of time people have been looking for it, and the increasingly restricted size of the area in question - it's extremely unlikely that EVERY SINGLE BODY has gone undiscovered. No roadkill, no frozen during the winter, no washed up on the side of a river. Nada
Chupacabra? Sure, but bigfoot? There are more reports of bigfoot in northern cali than mountain lions.
First of all "chupacabra" carcasses are coyotes with mange.

Secondly, there are plenty of youtube videos of mountain lions. My wife does camera trapping and has gotten 6 different mountain lions on camera IN LOS ANGELES. Not "near Los Angeles". In.

We have evidence that Mountain Lions exist. Where is the bigfoot evidence?
Is all of northern california gone crazy? MUST BE!

Patterson is an admitted fake. Which becomes all the more obvious when you see the recreation in which they show you how close they had to have been.

Then give us the DNA evidence. Not someone SAYING they have DNA evidence. Let's see the genome.

We've got nearly the entire genome of Denosovians off a single finger tip from 200,000 years ago. Surely, we can extrapolate DNA from a tooth someone found last week.

Do you understand that your references are from a period of time PRIOR to the scientific method and that all the changes in understand which have come about since the scientific method exist BECAUSE OF the scientific method?

It's probably more like 96% right.

Cover up? No, fundies are quite open about their anti-science stance. They can't keep quiet about it. They don't WANT to. That's why they got rumbled when trying to pretend ID was science so they could get it into public schools - some daft fundie shouted "PRAISE JESUS!" and it was all over.

And as for Benny the Catholics hit him over the head very quickly when he first started spouting ID friendly BS because they didn't wanna look like a bunch of uneducated idiots. So he spouted a whole load of other mind-numblingly stupid BS instead until he realised that maybe he wasn't really suited to being a public figure. And that was the end of that.

You're missing the point entirely.

There is no conspiracy to hide evidence. There never has been, there never will be.

REAL EVIDENCE which can be verified by REAL SCIENTISTS would be welcomed by the scientific community because it would be a HUGE STORY that would MAKE PEOPLE'S CAREERS.

No one. Not one single scientist in the entire world, would have their careers hurt by the discovery of Bigfoot.

There would be a MASSIVE glut in new funding. People would get in magazines and on TV. There would be documentaries galore.

There's ZERO motive to hide this.

The fact that this evidence has been rejected is because it's NOT evidence. If it were, everyone would be jumping on board to get a piece of the action.
