Thanks so much for being polite respecting other people's beliefs.(Please note the sarcasm )
God still cares for you.
And I still care for you.
If you want to actually think about it science doesn't "Care" for anything because it is After all not a person but a set of rules for determining how the physical world works. Odd but if you wish to treat it like an entity with motivation fell free.
This is especially disturbing seeing as how my post was responding not to any scientific fact. But to the inaccuracy of her religious biblical opinion.
You however felt the need to beat up on all people of faith across the entire world. And you wonder why people so attacked Feel the need to insulate their children from your and others like you and your insistence on proclaiming that the teaching of science necessitates the disbelief in God.
Actually in that particular case he was not so much attacking than merely stating a fact. The concept of (a) God is not relevant to science because it is non-falsifiable, much like the Flying Spaghetti Monster or the idea that we're all trapped in the Matrix.

As such, science makes no theological claims. There may or may not be a God. It cannot be verified either way until one presents objectively verifiable evidence. You are correct however that science need not necessarily preclude religious beliefs. Which is why there are still a number of scientists today who believe in God (and I'm not referring to any of the yokels who may appear on those silly lists made up by creationists for PR purposes).

1. I love that you assume I'm up fundamentalist, thus ascribing me believes and opinions which I never stated, or heled and attack them.
2. Her statement was biblically inaccurate according to the vast majority of Christians. Also, with post after post attacking her opinions, I seem to be the first person who's right to challenge her opinion was challenged.
3. In the very statement where you qwestion my opinion on why God led me here. You demand what right I have to qwestion someone else's opinion on a religious matter.
4. I never said I feel the teaching of science necessitates a disbelieve in God. I said that ignorant people who do not understand science but treated as a God, act that way.
5.I love that you assume I don't know about evolution, or believe in it.
6. I love in how the same sentence were you demand respect to believe as you will, you insist on describing my religious convictions in an extremely demeaning manner.
My post was basically to point out that this woman is just as whacked to most religious people, Including Bible believing Christians, as she was to most non-religious people.
And also that I felt this trend in some of the posts to associate her with everyone of faith, and or use her statements to paint with a broad brush was most unfair.
We deal with many dishonest ignorant fundamentalist creationists on here every day. Every once in a long while some of us may see fundies where there are none. Occasionally this may lead to jumping the gun a little.

Yes, without a doubt Shasha is not a full picnic.

Yes, the 'Creator' proposal cannot be disproven. Hence it is not scientific.
You are correct it cannot. It is not scientific. So, what is the problem with addressing the issue from the simple standpoint of explaining that nothing in science can prove or disprove the existence of God prove or disprove the Existence of a creator. Which is a simple true valid scientific statement.

However that is quite off all the point that I had started with. That is simply that according to the vast majority of Christians her biblical interpretation is as whack as it is from a scientific viewpoint.
