Don't care either way.

Problem for you is that "opinion" is all that anyone can offer pertaining to spiritual matters.

My opinion is just as valid as yours, Stephen King's, the Pope's, or my next door neighbor's cat.

I like Stephen Kings books and he is entitled to his opinion, but I don't see how his success as a popular author makes his opinion in this matter of any real value. With regards to science, his opinion lacks the merit to properly address the issues.

Some are good, some suck.

I thought he turned atheist when his mom died of cancer. He wrote a short story based on her suffering and cancer "therapy".

Stephen King's books are too clever to be written by an atheist.

This is an ironic statement from someone whose voters are made up of a significantly sized group of creationists.

I never cared much for the way he contrives his endings, and now he contrives the beginning, too.
At least he's consistent.

He's paid for volume not for quality, which explains the long, boring, pointless passages. The stories he writes could be cut in half and have the same effect. Dean Koontz writes better with less wasted space. At least his stories are closer to reality than King's are. Vampire and werewolf stories suck.

Whoops, misquote. That last quote was supposed to read: Spike.

I never wrote anything like that. Where did you find it? Spike and Drusilla?
