I would like to respond to the letter 'Recent letter offered no examples of Darwinian disingenuousness,' . He responds to an article with, 'He says evolution is 'so riddled with holes,' yet fails to provide a ...

I don't need to do this.
You need to prove there weren't.
Can you supply that data?
.....
I knew you couldn't.
I didn't realize that bones only have to be declared human but must be proven otherwise. How much more objective can you get than that?!

Your final comment raises suspicion that you perhaps already recognize weaknesses in your references' data or that there really isn't any data, just assertions, provided, so you don't need me, do you?
Your final comment raises suspicion that you are just trying to play games. Perhaps you already recognize you have no basis for argument and also know that by putting yourself out there that you risk further criticism for the weaknesses in your arguments and your inability to provide data because there really isn't any data, just assertions.

No. None of us do. You are a legion in your own mind.

It's simpler than that. ToE doesn't harmonize with the Theory of Uniformitarianism which your side seems to demand must be accepted as inviolate. In this case, missing links need not be invoked.

What is your misunderstanding of uniformitarianism?

Do you understand that uniformitarianism does not rule out catastrophes?

Do you understand the difference between hard and soft uniformitarianism?

I need to know where your thinking has gone astray to try to help you on this one.

To provide an appropriate response, I need more details regarding the statistics provided. Is that U.S. only, percentage of total prison population, etc.? When I see a sufficient characterization of the number, I will respond.

Total prison (not Jail) population, U.S. only.

You can't respond. Don't waste my time with word games. I don't play scrabble for a reason.

I am not responsible for what you don't know. Anthropologists and other forensic specialists determine what types of bones they are. They have determined that we have bones (sic) and of what type they are. This has been done.

Objectivity is dealing fairly with the data. Your choice to ignore the data is driven by the fact that you cannot deal with it. Yours is not objective. It is denialism.

There are countless others. This site links this as a minor error and the failed Tyre prophesy as a major one.
As your reference notes, there's no confirmation it didn't happen.

What do you mean?
In the case of the Tyre prophesy I have hit it out of the park.
If you read the prophesy the "Tyre" they are talking about is the island city. It is not my opinion that Nebuchadnezzar failed, it is a historical fact. That was the prophecy.
Worse yet, people live on an island that has been rebuilt several times today. It is not a barren rock in the middle of the sea where fishermen dry their nets.
I have provided evidence for this time and time again. Do you want to get your butt reamed out by the facts again?
Ream all you want with facts like it's an island today. It's an immense aid to reinforcing your ignorance. BTW, the detailed (i.e., non-red-car) prophecy is instrumental regarding this matter.

Probably all of them.
What exactly do you propose?
Tremendously increased volume/depth of water in areas which were already covered by water, with much less pressure on areas initially not covered. Try squeezing a rubber ball with spread fingers. What happens between the fingers?

Why do you think that's in any way an accurate analogy?

So, only that which "harmonizes" with the flood story is confirmed, and all that refutes it is not confirmed.
Again, how is that not exactly confirmation bias?
No matter how you re-word it, that's what you do.

Wow. You really ARE delusional.
You have NOT identified data which harmonizes with the global flood. All you've done is cite examples of locals flood while ignoring absolute proof that a global flood never occurred. The really sad part is you still believe you're right.
Sadly, don't you believe you're right?

However, the author of "It's the Darwin crowd that lacks the facts in evolution debate" is also very lacking in knowledge. He evidently has following anything in paleoanthropology. We have dozens of species tying modern humans to our common ancestor with the other apes. There are fossils from 1000's of individuals making up this fossil record. Yet he claims there is no evidence.
He also shows a distinct lack of knowledge of the workings of the scientific method. Historical sciences, such as paleoanthropology, work in a very different fashion than he seems to think. Direct experimentation is not possible, but predictions and repeatable observations are.
So provide some data instead of just running off at the keyboard.
