You want evidence for an opinion? Are you trying to be funny, because if so, it's not a very good joke, you need a punchline.

Change the subject moron and then offer no evidence, that's what people that hate science do, you deceitful little twit.
I didn't change the subject at all, I addressed one of the fallacies in your assertion and demonstrated why it's a fallacious point. The evidence is your lack of evidence to demonstrate that the laws provided by physics are wrong. Satellites fall on their own, you said it yourself, therefore there is no "push" that is constant, therefore there is no natural "push" to gravity.

You fail at science so much, it's sad really. You actually think you're doing something but in reality you know so little about the subject I bet you don't even know the mathematical formulas of gravitational attraction.

So what. I never said "in the United States", did I? That would be YOU saying that. And as I said before, the USA is NOT the world, despite what you may think.

Here, I'll repost my EXACT words for you, my post #1133104, posted 7 hours ago:

By "nobody" you mean "a small and dying minority cult of christians and muslims who think their bronze age, goat herder FAIRY TALES are literally and inerrantly true", don't you? The VAST majority of the world's scientists and population can easily see and understand the VAST amount of logic, reasoning, observations, experiments, scientific research and empirical evidence that exists for the Theory of Evolution
Urban Cowboy wrote:
<quoted text>You need to be very careful of what you say. Support your claims with evidence.
You should be more careful of what you read.

The evidence is that only a small percentage of the world's population are "fundamentalist christian or muslim creationists" who adhere to a ridiculous bronze age, "literal and inerrant" goat herder FAIRY TALE.

The evidence is that around 55% of the worlds population is NOT Christian or Muslim.

The evidence is that most CHRISTIANS around the world think you guys are nuts.

Ergo, the VAST MAJORITY of the world's scientists and populace do not, unless of course you don't think 90%, 95% are NOT vast majorities.

Number of nonsense posts before Jimbo runs out of steam
5 at odds of 10-1
10 at odds of 15 - 1
15 at odds of 19- 1
Repeats of his gravity nonsense
2 at odds of 3-1
1 at evens
Calling everyone a moron
Every post 1 - 5
Adding something worthwhile to the dialogue
100000 - 1
As always take dollars, sterling at a pinch , No euros
You should add at least three more "repeats of gravity nonsense," 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 should cover it.

Ahhh, how little you know Jimbo, he normally only has 3-4 hours of nonsense posts before he peters out - he tends to utilize that precious time with insulting everyone, being oblivious to the irony when he asks people for evidence - then going for some wild conspiracy theory.

Back to spamming I see. So you cannot address anything that's presented, you can't oppose or deny the facts, thus you just continue to spam the forum with garbage.
Here's the thing, they have mathematical formulas that work, they actually work to predict things, you have a bunch of assertions and some fourth grade level arithmetic. The physicists have evidence, demonstrable evidence, evidence that NASA has relied on for a while now which has not let them down.
To your satellite garbage, it's a combination of inertia and centrifugal force, anyone with a 7the grade or higher education knows that. They are attracted to the planet, and eventually do enter the atmosphere and burn up. You can often see them, they look like "shooting stars," like meteorites, basically. Sometimes the manage to actually make landfall, though they usually wind up in the ocean since that's the largest area of the planet. If gravity had a "push" effect, this would never happen, ever, we'd have to fly shuttles up there to clean up the atmosphere every decade just to keep from blocking the sun.

Mtum said,--Said the proverbial moron above.

Space debris can stay in orbit for a long time—decades in orbits near the Earth, and essentially forever at very high altitudes.

Here ya go moron.

Daily Horoscope for May 22

Taurus

The sad fact is that a certain person isn't making much sense right now. They seem to be talking nonsense, or maybe they've got the wrong end of the stick but are hanging on to it for grim death and refuse to let you correct them. Mind you, there's also the possibility that you're the one who has got themselves in a muddle but doesn't realize it. Scary!
