Notice, if you can, that we are on a thread talking about Creationists and their attempt to ruin the minds of children.

You can't disregard the parts of the Old Test that you don't like while simultaneously pretending that other parts are the "word of god".

It's all or nothing for you.

So, which is it? Can we disregard all of the old testament and put the Creationism farce to rest? Or do we take it all as verbatim and believe in a god that murders children and condones slavery?
What god does he does and what commands he gives who is between that person and god. Dont you know when he orders death of infants once those infants die they are far better off with him than being brought up by their evil demon worshiping cultures.
So, if I proclaim that god has ordered me to murder your children, you would stand aside because you would know that I was doing gods work and that your children were better off?

You sure you wanna stick to that?
Lets also not forget god comdems sacrifices of children to molech...question is..have You read the bible?
Let's also not forget that god killed all the first born children of Egypt because the Pharaoh was prevented by god from letting the Jews leave.
God is a god of wisdom, mercy and salvation...if he orders the death of infants to punish their wicked parents THEN SHADDAP AND GET OVER IT,
Are you even LISTENING to yourself?

A god of wisdom and mercy would NEVER order to death of an INFANT for any reason ESPECIALLY not to punish the parents!

That is was a DEMON would do.

Stop applying your blindfold and proclaiming "everything good". Look at what you are saying!!!
god didnt have sex with mary either you pervert, he obviously artifically inseminated her
Show me the passage where those words are written. Oh wait, no they don't exist.
And as far as rape....lets study the character profile of a rapist shall we? Most are sociopaths and unwilling to follow disciplinary punishments, more than likely a rapist would not pay the father nor marry her...that in turn would result in a stoning im sure.
FOR HER! A stoning FOR HER for being raped!

1 out of 100 rapists probably repented and did what they were supposed to do...the other,99....dead.
No. The other 99 doing just fine. The women, DEAD.
Stoning of children? As i said before, im sure if stoning out of control teens was still viable, you would be the, first in line you proud arroagant pervert.
Excuse me? You are the one saying that if god orders you to murder children you should be allowed to do so. You are the one saying that God is merciful when he murders innocent children so long as he wants to punish the parents.

Or, as in the case of Job, God allows the murder of innocent children in order to win a bet.

Great guy, this god of yours.

Already too late. We're 12 years into the 21st century and creationists still got a couple of hundred years to catch up on.

Creationists don't believe their creator is superior. Their creator did it their way and no other, and he better heal or else.

As for stoning a child, commonsense here, i doubt they stoned 6 year olds, they probably stoned children 11ish and up although im sure there are exceptions. Like you of all people would have tolerance for a bratty 13 year old, im sure you would be the first to throw the stone at a jerry springer caliber out of control, teen, you hypocrit. Desperate times call for desperate meassures and if preventing the spread of evil called for a stoning of a ''bad kid'' so be it, stone away. Look at our modern society now, how crappy kids are...this is what happens when you donot stone them. You get kids punching teachers, raping each other at parties, vandalism, murder of parents the list goes on. None of us a perfect but some are worse than others, when I was a kid i never dreamed of hitting my mom now days its like a norm to cuss and disobey parents...its how it was and how it is...get over it you liberal baby.
So your god and that bible is not absolute.

Everyone lives out of science. People live by medical care, advances in medicine, by having central heat and air, buy all the things science discovers. If not for science, we would all still be living in caves and there would be no doctors. Men made up the gods before scientists found out why the earth has earthquakes, why there are floods, before man found out how to cure diseases. People made up gods to cope with natural disasters and with disease and death. But, man uses science, not gods, to deal with all of those things. And, now that global warming is upon us, again it will be the scientists who figure it out, who move us off of carbon energy, who move humans into a new sustainable way of living. The gods won't do anything, as always because they are not real, and people will keep fighting over their different religions while science continues to solve the problems and everyone uses science to live.

You lying racist SCUMBAG for Jesus.

Give us a link to ANYWHERE where President Obama refers to it as the "BLACK beast."

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Presidential_sta... (United_States)

The most recent vehicle to be customized as the presidential car is a Chevrolet Kodiak-based, Cadillac-badged limousine often referred to as Cadillac One and occasionally as Limo One (a reference to the U.S. presidential aircraft, Air Force One) or as The Beast.

It is far, far better to believe in God and Creation than it is to believe that science has proven that God doesn't exist and Creation was by mere chance. Belief that Creation was by mere chance is to believe in a fool's view of the Universe.

Whew! It is a good thing that we evolutionist don't believe that life came about by "mere chance" then, isn't it?

All silliness aside you are proposing a variation of Pascal's wager. An idea that assumes that God is stupid. If God does exist that is not a good idea. So in reality a proper Pascal's wager would argue that it is best not to believe in god.

Pascal's Wager is a false dichotomy. While admitting there is no way to know, it presents only two possibilities. A god who torments all who don't believe in the buy-bull's god, or extinction.

But what if god only lets atheists into heaven because he can't stand sycophants?
