Ah finnally SUBDUCTIONZONE found with 29 evidence macroevolution MCRA.
http://www.talkorigins.org/faqs/comdesc/

Right so how did redneck get from common descent to serpents with six translations, and g-ds prejudice against creepy crawlies written as BE A SNAKE.
And the bible mentioning a tribal ruler called snake.
http://www.blueletterbible.org/lang/lexicon/
etc.
Well re. the latter, there might be some connection between one and the other.

As in take scissors and glue and start rearranging.

That's modern consumerism for you. If it's packaged you do not care whether they put it in a ceramic little home later, and more to the point whether they had one in the first place.

Are slugs like snakes? As in nasty at some point?

No shit, Sherlock.
Originally,'serpent' was 'nachash' in ancient Hebrew, which when you translate from Hebrew to English you get the word 'serpent'.
Now g'head. Pay yourself on the back for 'teaching' me something I already knew.
I harbor no expectations that you are teachable of anything at all.
Nachash and serpent are completely unrelated words. They have never existed in the same family and have no etymology in common.

I speak English, so when I quote the Bible I quote it in English.
I'd quote it in Hebrew, but Topix is too stupid to recognize the language and it comes out in gibberish.
Please find the post where I stated that the Torah was written in English.
Go.

You adamantly state that "the Bible says" or that "Genesis says" that there was a "serpent" in Eden. You are quite specific on that point, yet even though you now claim to understand that neither the Genesis of the Torah nor the Genesis of the Bible originated in your mother tongue.(You do understand that the number of words in modern English language dwarfs those of ancient Hebrew, Aramaic and Greek combined?) They did not and could not specify either serpent or snake, yet >you< still specify "serpent". It's a minor point, primarily an unnecessary one of revealing character... which might also raise the question, why someone who is "not a creationist" would be so dedicated and literal toward the Eden myth?

I can ask the same question, why should we worship something made in the

What you say is irrelevant. Only 3 faiths, three is not many unless you

So you are saying the positions of priests and popes and preachers is

I have never denied otherwise. However science can observe and test

crap! those lines exist, they are imaginary or invisible because we use them truly to determine the time and distances of real places.

Grolsh is very good. Don't know about that other one. Bitburger Pils has always been a favorite of mine since my Germany days. Now days, mostly Yuengling (after two years of convincing my local watering hole to put it on tap).

I kinda liked escargots. But then I gre up picking periwinkles off the rocks at low tide. They're tiny marine snails, and you need a pin to get 'em out.
