In any case, it is also pretty clear that if these god(s) exist, they don't care for humanity all that much....

God can not be sculptured by man.. We don't know what he looks like. And i forgot where this was in the word of God but it says that God can not be sculptured by Man made, He is more beautiful then wat u made him. NO one has ever seen Gods face. So its impossible to draw him...

You know if i did not beleive in one god i deffintely would not beleive in many I would beleive that aliens created us and chosees our evolution (read 2001 a space odyssey)

The Commandments clearly state: "Thou shalt have no other God before me."

If you were the only Pizza shop in town, you wouldn't say - "Eat my pizza and not anyone else's." You wouldn't say that because you would know that there weren't any other choices.

The fact that the Hebrew God is telling the Jews to worship him instead of Ra or Tiamat or whoever, means that he knows there's competition.
