Even atheists have witnessed bedside passings of people - and it leaves alot of them not so skeptical any more.
If you work in a nursing home, then make a point to sit in on a few of the passings - because unless they are comatose, most all of them have some sort of "journey" - good or bad.
We only go to one of two places anyhow - Heaven or hell. And no, staying dead isn't an option. lol
Nope, somebody has been telling you tales.

Kudos to this state's Governor! Nice to see a govt. official speaking up for our Creator and Saviour.
And for the secular society - please remember that satan is also pro atheist. He isn't an atheist as he does believe in God and the Bible - he chooses to denounce it - just like the atheists of our society today.
And his fate has been sealed.
Has yours?
pure nonsense, there is no evidence for any god(s) whatsoever and your satan too.

Pascals Wager FAIL.
Since your God is no more likely than any other God, you also have everything to lose. Odin is equally likely so there is just as much chance of you becoming target practice in Valhalla as there is of Woodtick burning in hell. And there is just as much chance of Zeus shoving lightning bolts up your backside for eternity as there is of you spending eternity with your god.
Apparently you never grasped the concept of false dichotomy.
wish I had more props to give you dude. you're right on target.

As others have pointed out you failed by using Pascal's Wager and assuming it was either your god or no god.
Since all gods are equally as likely my strategy is to choose the god with the best heaven. That way if you win, you win big, and if you lose, you were probably going to lose anyway.

Atheism relies on the notion that all that is in the world just magically appeared - with a bang or a piece of slime - or something like that.
How "factual" is that?
wait a minute. you didn't just actually post that did you? it is your god that supposedly used magic to create everything.

people who believe in science believe in natural law and nature and physics amongst other things. no magic involved anywhere.

apparently you have other issues than believing in myths as fact

You guys seem to just want to argue - toss the debate out the window and just argue.
What a waste of precious time.
Son, you don't want to debate, you want to indoctrinate... a one way discussion.

Anything you consider counter to your beliefs, you feel others want to simply argue.

Well, believe it or not son you really HAVE to make a case for your position.

What's more important? That our government is spending money at world record rates putting America in more debt than ever seen before on Earth or the fact Earth is more than five thousand years old?

depends on your personal view. fortunately most people can focus on many issues at once

would think having our populace not believing in stone-age myths any more, and certainly not teaching it in this day and age in schools would be pretty important.

Woodtick, you sound as though you are pumped up with pride, my friend. And that (pride) is just what will be your downfall - as it was satan's downfall that caused him to be sentenced eternally to fire and hell.
Did you know that satan used to be an "angel of light" - before he got prideful and wanted to take over God's role.
He also is a ruler of music - that is a huge red flag - or should be.
Satan uses deception to steer us away from God and His Word - not obvious tactics either. He uses music, videos, video games, billboards, magazines, books, online platforms, alcohol, drugs, politics, and yep, even churches - in order to deceive us into turning from God and His Word.
Be smarter than that, Woodtick - unless you don't want to see loved ones in Heaven - and spend eternity with them.
p.s. hell's fire never goes out.

Nope. His parents have nothing to do with it. Because he came across as an idiot on TV and seems to kiss any ass that will vote for him.

Much easier to call someone a bigot rather than face facts, huh?

Yes, microbreweries. Some are *very* good, some not so much.

Only Yeungling and Sam Adams (among major breweries) are American owned.
