Good day. Thought some of you might like to see what the Calaveras fault is doing to the streets in Hollister. This is 6th Street. It is an east/west street. You are looking towards the east. The slip is from the south to the north at the rate of about 7mm per year. It started in 1929 and has been at it since then. No one really knows why it started. Take Care...Don
