Gary Matthew Finmark was charged with 70 felony vandalism counts on Friday for the South Bay-area window shootings.

If $$$$ is your primary concern then you should reconsider. In California it cost on average 27k per year to house a prisoner. He will cost even more because they will have to provide anti-depressants and medical care. I think he needs to get laid.

God, some of you people are so stupid. This guy hasn't cost the city a dime. He has cost the businesses money, but they have insurance to cover most of the costs. They will have to pay the deductible only.This man belongs in a mental hospital, not a prison.

But Republicans (Governor and Legislators) don't want to spend money on mental health care and build hospitals, they want to cut that fund and build more prisons. It's absolutely crazy. Ronald Reagan closed mental hospitals and started the homeless population state wide then when he became president it became a national problem.

Get this guy some help, please. He is not really responsible for his actions, but his dad shouldn't have to foot the bill the state should.

My son has been pulled over so many times for any and everything. He is a white law abiding citizen so really I don't know what you are talking about... get over it!

How about all the hours of patrol time and detective work that went into catching this idiot? I do believe that has a "worth" associated with it genius! And keep making excuses for people who do bad things.
