"$270 cash, three (3) flat panel televisions and a 2000 Ford Mustang"

And these have suddenly become illegal?

Somebody carrying around an ounce of heroin and marijuana, with three flat panel televisions and a Ford Mustang leave strong implications that they are either stolen or bought with proceeds from said drugs. That's a pretty large amount of heroin, by the way.

Does not seem like they nailed a kingpin here. Just another low level dealer who will rapidly be replaced.

When that low level dealer wants leniency, he will narc out his dealer, and so the Task Force goes up the chain.

Wish Nelson county Va.had such a task force , great work guys , You all are BMF. please come down here & mop up on easy pickings as we have 1000's of subjects with no fear of arrest & kilo's of all drugs in all the Honda civics [tinted windows , loud exhaust, rims Etc.] Will be lots of asset forfeiture to take home to impound & sell to cover the associated cost of easy operation .

Seriously, I'm "clueless" and "nuts" for suggesting the items could be stolen or bought with drug money? Obviously there is something that led the officers to believe the same. I mean, sure, this guy is the image of what an upstanding citizen should be. Shame on the cops for doing their jobs.

Obviously you've never seen the guy who owns and operates John's Jons. The problem with generalizations is they're so very general. Do use the same method on judging people with race? I'm no sure what is sadder, the fact that you judge people on appearance, or that you care what anonymous people on the internet thing of you. Just judge your self a genius on different computers, people judge themselves all the time.

I'm not judging him based on appearance, I'm judging him based on the fact that he's selling loads of heroin to people. And by the fact I would think these anonymous people on the internet would judge him similarly. But clearly I was wrong.

Seriously? So, you think that the presence of drugs and a 13 year old car (crappy one at that) and 3 flat screen TVs (unknown sizes) is indicative of lavish lifestyle? Wow - low expectation you got there. On the other hand they could be stolen, but you do realize the TVs today are all flat screen TVs, right? You can buy a "flat screen" TV for $150.00.

Very true. Barboursville is still family. everyone knows everyone. so if your planning on taking his place DON'T we are a community and you will get caught. It should be about the herion not the flat screen they are not that expensive.
