Nothing wrong with smoking herb! My wife smokes it and breastfeeds our baby. It helps with colic and makes it sleep all night.

You can be anonymous, but try to give info about the county/city/road name, number or other description of location, names of people, description of what is going on, type of drugs, times of day or month that most activity occurs, vehicles to watch for, license numbers if known. Also especially important to mention whether there are underage children in the home where drug activity is going on, if there are guns, dangerous dogs, etc.

The tip line is answered M-F 8:30-4:00.
