Yawn! Are you kidding me! This is a major victory in the war on drugs. APD and the Feds have made a major bust and made our streets safer. Give credit where credit is due. After all, whats the worst somebody does on weed, steal a bag of cheetos and laugh their ass off. Yawn is fricken right!

But what do you think potheads turn to when they can't get pot? That's when things start getting ugly.

No Charlie. I've just watched too many go down that road. Two in particular who just couldn't get weed anymore due to a major bust and now they've moved onto drugs that are easier to get.

Aw, dang it! They messed up the movie room and game room. Doesn't sound like a real house to me but rather a recreation center complete with the recreational drugs.

Oh yea... another government victory on the war on personal freedom.

It's beyond me why weed is still illegal. It's not physiologically addictive and it's only real downside is that chronic use makes the user mellow, lazy and stoooopid. Whereas alcohol can be physiologically addictive and drunk people have more of a tendency to get violent. Stoned people just wanna kick back and shove sugar ladened carbohydrates down their pie hole. And a stoned person will never want to pick a fight with you. Yup! Let's keep the drug that sends more people to emergency room, legal. And keep the one that's easy to grow just about anywhere, thus bypassing that all important government tax system, illegal.

Now I'll quote Lobos Sucks.

Too curious. Now, I agree with that. The fact is marijuana users do not escalate to harsher drugs. That can be statistically proven. There is a major difference from someone smoking a joint and doing meth. They are two fundamentally different type of highs. That being said, this whole news story is nothing more than fluff. With all the other crap going on in this city, this is hardly news worthy.

Where do they get their pricing from?
That's $875.91 a plant. They act like it's a "BIG" bust. It would be better to get that kilo of coke, or black tar off the streets. I know it's against the law, but.....where's the chips ohoy & milk.

They must have included the potential for future profits on the price per plant.

Maybe you can find some chips ohoy & milk in chronic's fridge.

Compared to what is coming in the country illegally, it's a small bust.

Just enough to ruin a Friday night for someone.

I have a problem with the City condemning a property because the *renters* broke the law. The property owner should not be made to pay the penalty here, the people who broke the law should.

This is "government gone crazy."

I used to smoke pot back in the early 90s, but it made my peeeenis orange, so I went to the Dr to find out why my peeeenis was orange, he couldn't figure it out, so I quit smoking pot, and then I quit eating cheetos all the time, and what do you know, no more orange peeenise HA!!!
