why did they prosecute him federally. He only got 6 yrs. he would have gotten 25 to life if taken to state...odd?

could not have gotten life for that at the state level, at the most he could have gotten 10 or 20 depending on if was Felony 2 or 3, he might have gotten as few as 2. most first time drug offenders get probation. 6 isn't bad, he'll do most of it any way as opposed to having been sentenced at the state level (early parole) -
