He is getting paid by the taxpayer we expect him to uphold Canadain laws.

If he doesn't like the law, he can undertake activites to change it.

But to break a law just because you don't agree with it is very childish..
But he's an idiot, so what can you expect???

When a law is wrong and not based on sound science and reason people are under no obligation to obey it! If our laws were based on sound science and reason alcohol would be illegal and cannabis would be legal!
