PLEASE someone call CPS. If there are kids in this home, this is a complete travesty!

Just want to say that Sheriff Farley and his department are doing a great job getting the meth heads out of our community. Hopeful this will continue! Everyone needs to do their part though to make Harts a better place. Report those who are making it, selling it, or smoking it! LetÂ’s get Harts back to the way it was, instead of letting the pill and meth heads take it over.

Thanks again to the Lincoln County Sheriff's office! The residents of Harts appreciate the hard work!

Yea sure they are arresting the drug heads and breaking up the meth labs they arrest them send them to jail and most of them are released within 2 days. They are right back to business as usual. All Lincoln county is doing is giving these druggies a warm dry place to sleep, hot meals, and a much needed shower.... Yea great job Lincoln county and sheriff Farley

I think they are doing a great job, sorry you don't feel the same. If you think you could do better, why not run for the sheriff's office.

I did not vote for Ken Farley but I will next time as long as these arrests keep coming. If he can clean up this county, I might change my mind about selling my house and moving away! Everyone with a brain knows it's not the sheriff who lets the dope heads go -- it's the judge. Sometimes, it's the way the law is written. But I am very happy with the way law enforcement is handling this drug problem right now -- local cops, county cops, and the state police. Thanks. Keep arresting this trash and eventually they will have no where to go. It's like rats running from one sewer to the next. Hopefully, CPS takes their kids away so they can't draw checks on them.

the sheriff and deputies are going all out to fight the drug epidemic.
it is the court system who let's those who were arrested go free. magistrates and judges are worried more about votes the next election. so they slap them on the wrist and send them home. all it takes are votes or phone calls from higher up politicians and the matter is forgotten.
the sad part is later on a far worse crime or death will probably occur. if they had been made to answer for the first small crimes, there probably wouldn't have been a next time.
people think about this when your buddy or relative gets in trouble. stopping a small crime usually prevents a big one down the road.

QUESTON? DO THE LAW HAVE A WAY TO MEASURE THE LEAVELS OF PRESCIPTION DRUGS BECAUSE THEY ARE MORE DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF THEM THAN THEY ARE DRIVING DRUNK. THEY MAY HAVE A DOC. TO PRESCRIBE THEM FOR THEM BUT THEY TAKE WAY TO MUCH AND BUY OFF THE STRRET TO FILL THE ADDICTIONS...MORE NEED TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS..

Yes there is a way. The police can take you to jail and they have a nurse at every regional jail that can draw blood and tell everything in your system. The charge is DWI- Driving while intoxicated. It is just not enforced around here like it is in other states and cities.

Even if you have a prescription, it says right on the bottle : DO NOT DRIVE OR OPERATE MACHINERY WHILE TAKING THIS MEDICATION.
