The "good citizen" who helped everyone(what a joke)was well prepared with an arsenal of weapons and obviously planned to shoot anyone who interferred with his illegal operation. He killed an 18 year old "human being" who was not armed. The "good citizen" set the stage for something bad to happen and other innocent people could have been hurt too. How could he not be charged with "pre-meditated murder"? If neighbors knew this was going on, as indicated by an individual interviewed on TV but wished to remain anonymous, how could the police not know? This man and others like him are the ruination of many young people. He will answer to God.
Thank You for your obviously "well informed" argument that was based off what you seen on the news. As far as charging the homeowner with pre meditated murder that seems fair. Homes are being invaded all over the area, who's to even say that the scumbags even knew that he was growing weed? The majority of the neighbors had no idea, except for the lone set of legs on the news report. There was never abnormal traffic coming to and from the home. I'll bet that he wasn't out on the corners pushing nickel and dime bags to children either, so he's not ruining America's youth. What he grew was probably for himself and other other adult friends. Although illegal its their choice what they do to their bodies. As far as I'm concerned it's a shame that he didn't get the other one as well. If u think it's a good idea to enter someone's home uninvited you deserve to deal with the consequences. He stopped that 18 "human being" from possibly invading other homes and harming other innocent people down the road. Not to mention the tax payer dollars it would cost to lock up this "human being" in the future because he was obviously on the right track.

Look Mr/Ms Holy Roller Whiteness, quit judging. I earn my living one way....you earn your another. It takes a lot of responsibility to run a gang and put crack on the table and get my boyz's Escalades detailed. Didn't factor that into your racist equation? No whitey just wants to attend his/her Klan rally and find ways to keep a brother down. Riddle on that awhile, round eyes.....riddle on that.

It's a shame anyone had to die. But when you play with fire you get burned.
